Advantage Adopts a Refreshed Brand Identity
Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI) has adopted a refreshed brand identity, rolled out across the company’s digital properties, documents, signage, and social channels from 30 July 2026.
The refresh does two things. It introduces a new mark — a faceted “A” carrying an ascending chevron — and it simplifies the name the company goes to market under to, simply, Advantage.
Why the name got shorter
For most of its history the company was known for one thing, and its brand said so. That description has become too small for the business. Advantage today is building customer support, revenue generation, back-office and managed services alongside the collections and recovery practice it was founded on — and a brand that names a single service line was starting to describe the company’s past rather than its present.
Rather than substitute one narrow descriptor for another, the company removed the qualifier altogether. The mark now carries the name and nothing else, which leaves room for the business to keep growing without the brand needing to be revised each time it does.
“We were introducing ourselves with a description that had quietly stopped being accurate. The fix was not to find a better description — it was to stop leading with one. Our clients do not buy a category, they buy a team that delivers. The new mark is simpler and more confident, and it reflects a company that has more to offer than it did two years ago.” — Rob Dizon, Chief Executive Officer of Advantage
What has not changed
The company’s registered corporate name remains Advantage Collection and Recovery Management, Inc., and it continues to be the name on all contracts, invoices, official receipts, permits, and accreditation submissions. This is a change to how the company presents itself, not to the legal entity behind it. Client engagements, contracting arrangements, contacts, and account teams are all unaffected.
The refreshed identity is being applied progressively across the company’s materials. Documents issued before the rollout remain valid.
