Built In, Not Bolted On: Inside CollectPro, Advantage’s Own Collections Platform
One platform for the case record, the dialling and the client file — specified by the people who run the floor, and built to Advantage’s own requirements.
Dial from the record
One screen. No second system, no re-keying a number — and every attempt written back to the account as it happens.
Destroy with a certificate
A manifest hash, a named witness and your own certification before anything is destroyed. Irreversible — and the evidence outlives the data.
Dialling, built in
Proof of concept achieved end to end. Assisted, preview and predictive follow in phases — inside the same platform, not bolted to it.
Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI) today set out the capabilities of CollectPro, the collections and recovery platform the company develops in-house for its own operations. The platform is bespoke — specified by the people who run the floor and built to Advantage’s own requirements, rather than licensed from a vendor and worked around.
The distinction is deliberate. An operation of this kind is usually assembled from parts: a case system from one supplier, a dialling platform from another, a client file that moves between the two by spreadsheet. Every seam is a place where work is re-keyed, context is lost, and an audit trail goes quiet. Advantage built one system in which the work happens in one place.
Every handoff between systems is somewhere the trail can go quiet.
Dialling from inside the record
Click-to-dial entered live operation on 26 August 2026. An agent places a call from the account record itself — no switching applications, no re-keying a number from one screen into another — and the attempt is written against that account as it happens. The same record is what the next person to touch the account sees.
A related capability addresses something less visible but equally consequential. Where an agent obtains a contact number themselves in the course of a call, that number can now be captured in the system as a field rather than buried in free-text notes, recorded against the person who added it and the date they added it, and held distinctly from numbers the client supplied in its own file. Knowing where a piece of personal data came from is the first question any audit or data-subject request asks, and the platform now answers it by design rather than by reconstruction.
Deleting the data is the easy half. Keeping the proof is the part that has to last.
Data that leaves when it is supposed to
Collections work means holding other people’s customer data, and holding it only for as long as there is a reason to. CollectPro handles the end of that lifecycle through a dedicated module, built for the specific problem that deleting data is only half the task — the record of the deletion has to outlive the data itself.
A destruction run cannot be started casually. It requires a manifest hash taken from a preview of exactly what is in scope, a named witness, and the client’s own certification reference authorising that particular batch. It is irreversible by design and keeps no snapshot. What survives is an evidence record: enough to answer a later question about any account that was destroyed, and deliberately nothing more.
Two further design decisions sit alongside it. Recall and destruction are separate steps, and recalling an account — which removes it from every agent queue immediately — is explicitly not authority to destroy it; destruction requires a certification naming that batch. And accounts that are closed but not covered by a certification can instead be pseudonymised, with identifying fields removed while the account remains reconcilable for audit purposes.
What is coming: integrated dialling
An integrated dialling capability has completed proof of concept. Calls have been placed, recorded and written back to the account record end to end, and the build has been validated against a defined test series. Rollout follows in phases — assisted dialling first, then preview, then predictive — each gated on the one before it working, and on the supporting governance being in place. Advantage is describing it here because it is being built into the same platform as everything above, rather than procured separately and connected afterwards.
Built by the people who use it
CollectPro is specified by the operators who run Advantage’s floor and developed against requirements drawn from the founders’ record — 25 years in collections and customer operations. The people deciding how a screen should work are in the same building as the people who have to use it every shift.
“Most agencies our size rent their technology and inherit whatever the vendor decided three years ago in another country. We build ours. The people specifying it have 25 years in this sector behind them and they sit on the same floor as the people using it — so when something does not work, we do not raise a ticket and wait a quarter. That is the whole argument for building it in rather than bolting it on.” — Rob Dizon, Chief Executive Officer of Advantage
CollectPro supports Advantage’s own operations and is not licensed to third parties. Development continues, and further capabilities will be announced as they enter live operation.
