Advantage Expands Beyond Collections into a Full-Suite Business Process Outsourcing Provider

The Next Chapter
From Collections to Full-Suite BPO
Customer Support · Revenue Generation · Collections & Recovery · Managed Services
Advantage broadens its service portfolio under Admerex Holdings ownership

Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI) today announced the expansion of its service portfolio from specialist third-party collections into a full-suite Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, serving Philippine and international clients across the full customer lifecycle.

Founded in 2008, Advantage has built an 18-year track record in third-party collections, recovery, and customer engagement. Under the ownership of Admerex Holdings, Inc. since 2026, the company is now reinvesting in its people, technology, and service lines — broadening what it offers clients while keeping the operational discipline that defined its collections practice.

What full-suite means for clients

Advantage is progressively building out a portfolio of customer operations services: inbound and outbound customer support, revenue generation and sales, third-party collections and recovery, staff leasing and manpower, and managed back-office services. Collections and recovery remains the company's anchor discipline; the new service lines are built on the same rigour in endorsement, quality assurance, and performance reporting that clients already rely on.

The expansion is anchored by Advantage's new Grade-A headquarters at Robinsons Equitable Tower in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City, which provides the capacity to scale teams and stand up new service lines, and by the ongoing rollout of an enterprise-grade customer engagement technology platform.

Why now

The move reflects Advantage's position as a growth-stage partner. Clients who engage the company today work directly with its owners and senior operators, and help shape an operating model that is being built — not one they must fit into. As a company at an earlier stage than the large-scale incumbents, Advantage can give a programme the attention, flexibility, and senior involvement that scale providers reserve for their largest accounts.

“Advantage has spent nearly two decades proving it can do the hard, disciplined work of collections and recovery. That same discipline is exactly what a client wants across the rest of their customer operations. Under Admerex, we have the backing to build those service lines properly — and we are doing it at a stage where our clients still get the founders in the room. That is a window, and it is worth a great deal to the right partner.” — Rob Dizon, Chief Executive Officer of Advantage

Existing client engagements continue without interruption. The expansion is additive — extending the range of services Advantage can deliver while preserving the continuity, people, and client relationships built over the company's history.
