Advantage Collection & Recovery Management Begins New Chapter Under Admerex Holdings Ownership
Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI) today announced a new chapter in its 18-year history with the completion of a strategic ownership transition to Admerex Holdings Inc. Under a Share Purchase Agreement signed on April 30, 2026, Admerex has acquired a controlling stake in the company and will lead its relaunch as a full-suite Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider — preserving Advantage's people, client relationships, and operating identity while opening the doors to substantially expanded capabilities.
Advantage was founded in 2008 by a small group of partners with deep roots in Philippine collections and credit operations. Over the years, the company built a quiet but durable presence in the industry, known for its disciplined approach to recovery work and its long-standing client relationships. After her co-founders stepped away from the business, majority owner Grace Piano continued to lead Advantage on her own — keeping operations steady through periods when the broader market shifted and consolidated. While the company sustained itself successfully through this period, growth opportunities remained limited without the capital and infrastructure needed to expand its service offering.
The partnership with Admerex changes that. With new ownership in place, Advantage will retain its name, its team, and its client commitments while gaining access to enterprise technology, expanded workforce capacity, and the resources to broaden well beyond collections into a complete suite of BPO services.
“This is a moment I've been working toward for some time. Advantage has always been a company I'm deeply proud of — the team here has shown up, year after year, and delivered for our clients with integrity. But I also knew that the next stage of growth required more than I could provide on my own. In Admerex and Rob Dizon, I found partners who understood what Advantage is, who respected what we've built, and who have the vision and the means to take it much further. I am confident the company is in excellent hands, and I'm excited to watch what comes next.” — Grace Piano, founder of Advantage
“Advantage is exactly the kind of business we look for: a company with real operating history, a client base that has stayed with it for the right reasons, and a founder who genuinely cares about getting things right. We want to thank Grace for trusting us with what she has built. Our commitment to her, to the Advantage team, and to the clients who have supported this business is to invest seriously in the platform, the people, and the service lines that will let Advantage grow into a full-suite BPO competitor. The foundation is strong — our job is to build on it.” — Rob Dizon, principal of Admerex Holdings Inc.
Under Admerex ownership, Advantage will begin rolling out an upgraded collections and customer engagement technology platform, expand its agent and supervisor workforce, and progressively introduce additional outsourcing service lines including outbound sales, customer engagement, and quality and workforce management offerings. Existing clients will see continuity of service alongside an expanded set of capabilities, while new clients will be welcomed under the broader BPO mandate. A staged relaunch is targeted for the second half of 2026.
Advantage's leadership team and operational staff will continue in their roles, ensuring service continuity for existing clients throughout the transition.
