Advantage Opens Its New Ortigas Centre Headquarters

Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI) today confirmed that it is operational at its new headquarters on the 36th floor of Robinsons Equitable Tower, ADB Avenue, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City. The team began working from the floor on 1 October 2026.

The move completes a programme announced in May 2026 and built through the second half of the year. Fit-out works commenced on 5 August following execution of the lease; the floor was handed over and occupied on schedule.

Eighteen years, one building, and the reason for leaving it

Advantage has operated continuously since 2008, and spent nearly two decades of that history in its original Kapitolyo office. That building served the company through the whole of its collections era. What it could not do was hold the business the company is now becoming — customer support, revenue generation, manpower and managed services alongside collections and recoveries.

The Ortigas floor was specified rather than inherited: operations floor, training and briefing rooms, quality and monitoring areas, and the physical and network security arrangements that enterprise and regulated clients expect of a partner handling their customer data. The building is Grade-A, in Metro Manila’s central business district, with direct access to major public transport links — a deliberate choice on behalf of the people who work there every day.

No interruption to client work

Client engagements continued without interruption throughout the transition. The company’s systems, including the CollectPro platform it develops in-house, were unaffected by the move.
