Construction Begins on Advantage’s New Ortigas Centre Headquarters

Advantage Collection & Recovery Management, Inc. (ACRMI) today confirmed that construction has begun on its new headquarters at Robinsons Equitable Tower in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City. Fit-out works on the 36th floor commenced on 5 August 2026, following execution of the lease.

The announcement marks the delivery phase of the relocation the company first announced in May 2026. What was then a plan is now a build: contractors are on site, and the floor is being constructed to Advantage’s own specification rather than taken as found.

Built for the work, not just fitted into it

The new floor is being purpose-built around how a modern customer operations business actually runs — operations floor, training and briefing rooms, quality and monitoring areas, and the physical and network security arrangements that enterprise and regulated clients expect of a partner handling their customer data. Design decisions have been made with the requirements of financial-services clients in view, rather than retrofitted afterwards.

The building is a Grade-A tower in Metro Manila’s central business district, with direct access to major public transport links — a deliberate choice on behalf of the people who will work there every day.

Why it matters now

Advantage has operated continuously since 2008, and spent nearly two decades of that history in its original Kapitolyo, Pasig office. That building served the company well, but its capacity had become the binding constraint on growth. The Ortigas floor removes that constraint and gives Advantage room to add teams and service lines as it continues its expansion into a full-suite Business Process Outsourcing provider.

Works are targeted for completion in the fourth quarter of 2026, with the team relocating on completion. Existing client engagements continue without interruption throughout the transition, and the company’s current operations are unaffected by the works.
